In the case of those who are afflicted with the physical condition of permanent wetting of urine (incontinence), frequent passing of wind or for women suffering from prolonged flows of blood, they should take wudhu when prayer time is due. Their wudhu is not broken, even if any of the above affliction occurs, while they are in prayer.
